These terms govern your use of the Avenqora Global website and any services you engage us for. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of our services
Avenqora provides education counselling and application support. We do not provide migration or visa advice, immigration assistance, or English test coaching. For visa advice, please consult a registered migration agent or the relevant government authority.
3. No admission or visa guarantee
University admissions and visa decisions are made by third parties (institutions and governments). We prepare and submit strong applications but cannot guarantee outcomes.
4. Fees
Our consultation is free. Any paid services will be quoted and agreed in writing before commencement.
5. Governing law
Any dispute arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
