Refund Policy

1. Consultations
Our initial 30-minute consultation is free and carries no refund obligation.
2. Paid service packages
Where you have engaged us for a paid service package, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the written service agreement signed at the start of engagement. Work already performed is generally non-refundable.
3. Third-party fees
University application fees, visa lodgement fees, and any other fees paid to third parties on your behalf are not refundable by Avenqora, as we do not hold those funds.
4. How to request
Refund requests should be sent in writing to info@avenqoraglobal.com with the details of your engagement. We aim to respond within five business days.
